Is there a private space for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready?

• Absolutely! Our very unique and newly designed Rose Suite is available for your event. This suite has a full bath, lounge, kitchenette, and designated makeup area. You can relax comfortably in a private suite with your bridesmaids while preparing for your special day.

I want to individualize my wedding to fit my style, what options do I have?

• The day is yours! Whether you envision getting married amongst a garden of white hydrangeas and pink rose blossoms, the warmth and rustic charm of the Wedding barn, or the openness of a blue sky and stars, Misty Maple Gardens can provide an ambiance to fit your style. Connect with us to arrange your visit and discover the perfect setting for your day.

Will staff be available the day of my event?

• Our Day-of Coordinator will be present during your event rental hours. We can assist your Wedding Planner with making your special day an event to remember.

What if it rains on my event day?

• Unfortunately, rain happens, as well as the heat of the summer sun. Most brides opt to rent a tent as a backup plan, however, for smaller events, both ceremonies and receptions have been held in our Event Barn. A rain plan is required.

Are tables available for rental?

• Fifteen wood tables are available as a part of your venue fee. Each table is hand-crafted and stained a medium walnut color and are approximately 7.5 feet long X 3 feet wide. Depending upon your seating arrangement, 6-8 guests can be seated per table. For smaller events, the remaining tables can be used for food service. A photo of our tables is in the picture gallery.

Are chairs included in our rental fee?

• Chairs are the latest in accessorizing your event. Whether white or wood, padded or not, high-backed or bench-like, your choice in chairs can be rented from a vendor who can match your table and decoration style that is uniquely you. Because of previous successful experiences, we recommend Advantage Tent & Party Rental in Covington, KY.

My bartender needs a service table or high-top bar. Do you provide that?

• Misty Maple has a hand made bar available for your server. Typically, 2 bartenders can serve simultaneously behind the bar. Check with your bartender to see about their specific needs for your event.

What is the maximum number of guests?

• If you are using the Event Barn as a part of your ceremony, the setting can accommodate up to 150 guests. Our outdoor areas can accommodate up to 300 guests.
